Hi. I do not lead or live with ethnic prejudices against any one race or culture of people.  I write this post and message under the title of “Dear White People“ because whites disproportionately control the legislative branches of government throughout this country.  Yet, white people represent 58% of the US population.  They occupy and hold 84% of the seats in the US Senate, and 72% of the seats in the US House of Representatives.
