This company has not sent a bill without an error that I can remember and bills don’t arrive until a few days before they are due. Then you get late fees, I paid by phone once and they lost that and never processed it and then got a late fee.

Spruce Power took over my solar panel lease from the previous company which was well run. Now, I have Spruce Power who over bills, then charges interest.

Spruce power or solar service experts LLC are a scam. Count me in for a class action lawsuit. My system hasn't been working for 2 years and they keep sending me bills as if the system is working fine which obviously isnt since SDGE is sending me a detailed bill that shows that my solar is not working properly.
